I think the answer is bullshit because we can't possibly analyze the problem objectively. Every input we receive regarding this question is filtered through our obviously fallible senses, so even if we receive the all-knowing-truth... we couldn't be sure if we could trust it.

Ergo: Bullshit. ^^

Much Better Than You

We assimilate information from the environment using whatever senses we got,and that pretty much makes "world" a personal concept. Also, we interpret our perceptions based on experiences from the past and expectations about the future.

So yeah, I think senses are fallible. Vision and hearing are more than capturing electromagnetic and mechanical waves through your eyes and ears, its about interpretation. And that is always biased.

The only reason why a child would find it bullshit is because... well, 'cause kids are stupid.
